We ship via Canada Post and due to the nature of COVID are unable to make any delivery guarantees, nor are we able to track packages once they leave our office. Do you have a refund policy?
Once the book is shipped, there are no refunds available. Our book is shipped in a protective bubble wrap envelope, if the book arrives damaged you will need to make a claim through your own postal service.
Hi! I’m Alison Rippin, reflexologist, teacher, school owner and business strategist. For over 25 years I have followed my passion, having a successful private practice, an onsite corporate reflexology team, as well as teaching and operating my own Reflexology school, the Canadian Reflexology School.
I have been practicing and teaching Ear Reflexology since 1999 and continue to be amazed by the rapid results it provides and how it is an empowering self-help tool for myself and my client. In 2018 I created an international buzz when I first offered our Ear Reflexology course online for reflexologists to access from around the world; and now our program has served reflexologists in over 14 countries.
